Able to handle capacities to 40,000 pounds, the #94 Series kingpinless caster is available in several wheel configurations. These include materials on steel core; moldon, polyurethane, and heavy duty polyurethane. Full metal wheels are available in ductile and solid steel. This kingpinless series satisfies many heavy duty industrial applications

Applications for Service Caster Kingpinless Casters

The #94 series of kingpinless casters features a unique hot forged steel design to eliminate problems associated with severe shock loading. The top plate and inner raceway are integrally forged, constructed, and precision machined, with an induction hardened sealed raceway to provide exceptionally smooth performance. Additional information:

  • Grease Fitting on Raceway
  • 4 Position Notches Standard
  • Overall Top Plate 8-1/2"x8-1/2"
  • Mounting Bolt Diameter: 5/8"
  • Bolt Hole Spacing: 7"x7"
  • Axle Hole: 1-1/4"
