Heavy Duty Ductile V-Groove Wheels

 

Service Caster supplies ductile V-Groove wheels, for applications that will be under heavy shock and stress. Commonly used on track of inverted angle stock, ductile v-groove wheels also function well off track on smooth, clean floors. Suitable for new wheel applications or as a replacement wheel or caster wheel. These wheels will provide more give than standard cast iron or other metals, allowing the wheel to better absorb heavy shock.

 

Standard Features for Service Caster Heavy Duty Ductile V-Groove Wheels

Formed from extremely strong ductile iron, this model features a heavy core and wheel face. While not optimal for noise reduction or floor protection, ductile v-grooved wheels provide protection from heavy shock and stress. Also beneficial is the wide range of temperatures with which this wheel can perform: -45° F to 800° F.
