Axle: Threaded axle bolt locks in place. A hardened and ground sleeve fits over the axle and is held rigid between the legs for exceptional rigidity and strength.

King Bolt: Heavy duty bolt with slotted adjusting nut and cotter pin.
Axle: Threaded axle bolt with square head that fits against lug on fork preventing it from turning. Axle is secured with alotted adjusting nut and cotter pin.

Bond Series 50-A / 51-A Light, Light Medium Casters
Maximum Capacity to 650 pounds per caster.

Construction: Heavy gauge steel deep formed for maximum strength.
Swivel Bearing: Hardened and polished steel balls in a deep formed race designed not only to carry the load but also to absorb side thrust between the deeply embossed outer apron of the base and formed inner flange of the fork.
Fork: Legs and cup are one-piece pressed steel construction.
King Pin: Steel rivet, orbitally formed to provide equal strength at both ends.
Axle: A square neck under the head of the axle fits ina square hole in the leg of the fork which prevents the axle from turning.

Bond Bondrelene Injection Molded Polyolefin Wheels

FEATURES & BENEFIT
Bondrelene wheels offer high impact resistance, rolling ease, floor protection, and durability. They are a hard, non-marking, stain resistant wheel with zero water absorption, impervious to grease, oil, gasoline, cooking fts and most acids. They may be steam cleaned. Operating temperature range is 20° to +220°. Bondrelene wheels are available with plain bore or with straight roller bearings.

Applications: The Bondrelene wheel is ideally suited for light, medium and medium heavy duty uses in process industries of all types, laundries, bakeries, meat packing plants, manufacturing plants and countless equipment applications in labs, institutions and warehouses.
