Caster Concepts 30 Series Medium Duty
Caster Concepts casters in the 30 Series are constructed of cold forged 1/4" steel swivel section with double ball bearing raceways formed smooth, then heat treated for strength.
Casters fesature 1/4" legs, plate formed for strength; 5/8" diameter spin riveted king pin; 1/2" diameter axle.
Cam brake and 4 position swivel locks options available.
Caster Concepts 60 Series Heavy Duty Casters
Heavy duty casters in the Caster Concepts' 60 Series are built with a swivel section of hot forged SAE1045 steel for strength, and 3.25" diameter load race with 7/16" ball bearings. Csster legs are 1/4" plate welded both inside and out for additional strength. Integrally forged kingpins are 3/4" with fully machined raceways.
Options include wheel brakes, dual wheels, spring loading, swivel locks. Designed ideally for in-plant equipment, parts bins, towline carts, dough troughs, and automated vehicles.
Caster Concepts 65 Series Heavy Duty Casters
A hot forged C-1045 steel swivel section , 3.25" diameter fully machined load raceway, 3/4" integrally forged kingpin and, notched yokebase for field installation of swivel locks are feastured on this Caster Concepts model.
Also built with 3/8" x 2 1/2"legs formed and welded both inside and outside, and 3/4" axle.
Caster Concepts 70 Series Heavy Duty Casters
Series 70 by Caster Concepts casters feature a hot forged C-1045 steel swivel section, 4" diameter load raceway, and 1" diameter kingbolt with slotted adjusting nut. Yokebase is notched for field installation of swivel locks. Legs are 3/8" x 3", welded both inside and outside, with 3/4" axle.
This Concept caster series is used on medium heavy duty power drawn equipment, heavy duty manually handled equipment, gantry cranes, work platforms, and many other industry and warehouse applications.
Caster Concepts Series 81 Series Extra Heavy Duty
Concepts casters in Series 81 are built with hot forged C-1045 steel swivel sections, unique single ball race design with 3/4" diameter load/thrust ball bearings, and 4" diameter precision machined load/thrust raceway.
Legs are 3/8" x 4", formed and welded both inside and outside. Axle is grade 5 measuring 1" diam.
Caster Concepts 91 Series Extra Heavy Duty
Built tough with a hot forged c-1045 steel swivel action. This model Concepts caster features a unique single ball race design with 7/8" diameter precision machined load raceway.
Legs are 1/2" x 4", formed and welded both inside and outside. Axle is 1 1/4" grade 5.
Caster Concepts Shock Absorbing Casters
- Precision Hot Forged swivel sections are rated for 3-4 times their capacity in their unsprung configuration
- High strength chrome vanadium spring give longer life through constant flexing and compression
- Spring compression starts with as little as 100 pounds per caster loading, for quieting empty returns or cushioning loads
- Long swivel lead "B" reduces shimmy and vibration while towing
- Swivel locks and breaks are available

Caster Concepts Dual Wheel Casters
- These Heavy Duty, Extra Heavy Duty, and Super Duty casters are variations of Caster Concepts popular Hot Forged casters
- Dual wheel casters offer the highest possible capacity, at the lowest overall height
- A larger foot print allows greater distribution of loading on the floor
- While swiveling, one wheel will rotate at a variable rate to compensate for the shorter radius in the arc
- This variable action reduces the effort needed to swivel the caster
- The larger casters have a vertical center leg for greater load distribution
- Legs are welded to a unique skirt design for greater strength
- Swivel locks and brakes are available
