Colson 1 Series Casters
Capacity up to 145 lbs each
Colson casters in the 1 Series have a zinc plated finish that is attractive and durable Full double ball hardened raceways are built for better performance and greater durability.
1 Series casters are constructed with a 5/16" shouldered axle with 1/4" nut. “Colson 45” multi-temp grease lubricates in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Colson 2 Series Casters
Capacity up to 325 lbs each
This offering by Colson Casters features a zinc plated finish that is both attractive and durable. Full double ball hardened raceways for better performance and greater durability.
Series 2 casters a built with a 3/8" hollow axle with lock nut and grease holes on wheel bearing for greater convenience. “Colson 45” multi-temp grease lubricates in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Colson 2 Series - Stainless Steel Casters
Capacity up to 325 lbs each
Colson stainless steel casters have a polished 304 grade stainless steel finish which handles the most punishing, corrosive conditions. Double ball raceways for better performance and greater durability.
All component parts of this caster, including spanner bushing, axle and nut are stainless steel. Designed to perform in the most hostile environments. If rust is a problem...Colson stainless steel is the solution.
Colson 4 Series Casters
Capacity up to 1250 lbs each
Colson casters in the 4 Series feature a zinc plated finish with full double ball hardened raceways.
This series is constructed with a 1/2" hollow axle with grease zerk and lock nut for optimum maintenance. A 1/4" steel top plate provides lasting durability along with a permanent rivet king pin with 5/8" diameter rivet.
Grease fittings are installed in both the wheel bearing and swivel raceway. For extreme hot and cold temperatures, lubrication is provided by “Colson 45” multi-temp grease.
Colson 4 Series - Stainless Steel Casters
Capacity up to 1250 lbs each
This NSF listed offering by Colson Caster is constructed of polished stainless steel (Grade 304).
Manufactured with a 1/2" stainless steel hollow axle with grease zerk, nut and lock washer for ease of maintenance.
A 1/4" steel top plate built for durability keeps this caster in operation, as well as a permanent rivet kingpin with 5/8" diameter. “Colson 45” multi-temp grease keeps the caster lubricated in both extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Colson 6 Series Casters
Capacity up to 1500 lbs each
Finished in zinc plating, the Series 6 Colson Caster features full double ball hardened raceways. A 1/2" hollow axle with grease zerk and lock nut keeps this unit rolling.
For durability, a 5/16" steel top plate (1/4" rigid top plate) provides a basis for rugged construction. A strong attachment point is in place with a heat treated bolt and nut king pin with 3/4" diameter bolt. Grease fittings are positioned in both the wheel bearing and swivel raceway.
Lubrication in extreme hot and cold temperatures is a factor in industry, “Colson 45” multi-temp grease is used.
Colson 7 Series Casters
Capacity up to 4500 lbs each
Colson casters from the Series 7 issue feature full double ball raceways. A 3/4" solid axle and 5/16" SAE 1045 drop forged steel top plate, 3/8" rigid with a heat treated 1" diameter bolt and nut kingpin construction (nut is slotted with cotter pin) keep this caster rolling along in industrial and institutional environments.
Grease fittings for easy maintenance are installed in both wheel bearing and swivel raceway. Colson Casters use “Colson 45” multi-temp grease for lubrication in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Colson Lo Pro Casters
Capacity up to 210 lbs each
Lo Pro casters ship with a zinc plated finish that is attractive and durable. Featuring heat treated full double ball hardened raceways and a low profile design offering low load height and quick swivel response.
Ideal for business machines, stock picking carts, warehouse dollies and housekeeping carts. Thread guards standard on all models, but are not available with 3" brake option.
Colson Kick Stop Casters
Capacity up to 175 lbs
Colson Kick Stop Casters have a foot brake that is easily engaged; mechanically locks both swivel and wheel rotation.
This unit features strong pressure diecast metal construction for lasting performance and maximum reliability.
Standard finish is white or ball burnished and lacquered on this Colson caster.
