Darcor - The Carpet Master Office Chair Casters
Load Capacity 100-125 lbs
Darcor casters for carpet are built with a 5/16" (8 mm) axle, 7/16" (11 mm) rivet, and double row ball bearing swivel. Ball bearings standard in wheel.
Swivel parts are case hardened. Thread guards are standard on carpet caster models.
Darcor Carpet Master casters roll and swivel effortlessly, eliminating unsightly and hazardous plastic mats. The silent neoprene wheel with its soft resilient texture, rolls smoothly and quietly on all floor surfaces. The large swivel offset and neoprene wheel reduce the stress on carpet fibres, extending carpet life.
Unit is available in standard chrome, black matte, bright brass, and brushed brass finishes.
Wheels available in Neoprene and hard rubber.
Darcor - 60 Series Casters
Load Capacity 150-400 lbs
Darcor casters in the 60 Series are constructed with a 3/8" axle and 1/2" rivet. This model is finished in bright zinc. Swivel is double row ball bearing, hardened to Rockwell 62C.
Applications for the Darcor 60 Series casters and wheels include shock-absorption and heavy-load bearing capabilities. Ideal for portable ultrasound machines, supply carts, heated food trucks and maintenance carts.
Darcor - 70 Series Casters
Load Capacity 225-600 lbs
Series 70 Darcor casters are finished in bright zinc, constructed with a 3/8" axle and 1/2" rivet. Models have a double row ball bearing swivel, hardened to Rockwell 62C.
Thread guards standard on Series 70.
This rugged offering from Darcor Casters proivides outstanding mobility to all carts and dollies throughout assembly areas. When equipped with the Darcor Neoprene wheel, This caster is ideal for dirty environments and withstands the harshest chemicals when equipped with neoprene wheel.
Darcor - 400 Series Casters
Load Capacity 400-1000 lbs
Darcor casters in the 400 Series are built with 1/2" axle and 3/4" rivet. This unit has a bright zinc finish. The swivel is double row ball bearing, and swivel parts hardened to Rockwell 62C.
Thread guards are standard on Series 400.
Models equipped with Neoprene or Solid Elastomer wheels and sealed precision bearings are virtually noise-free and ideal for good ergonomics.

The formed yoke provides high weight capacity in a sealed assembly, ideal for sanitary environments. When specified with Darcor's patented "Cartwashable" finish, it is excellent for areas where there is exposure to excess water or humidity - even wash-down applications.Ideal formovement of large heavy parts and assemblies; also seen on automatic guided vehicles (AGVs).
Darcor - 900 Series Casters
Load Capacity 700-3500 lbs
This series built with 3/4" axle and 7/8" grade 8 king bolt. Features 4" diameter upper raceway, 1/2" balls and 5/8" thick swivel head, precision machined and equipped with tapered roller bearings. Swivel parts hardened to Rockwell 62C Swivel and wheel fitted with grease fittings.
Darcor 900 Series is ideal for demanding applications where shock and heavy loads are present. Ribbed legs engineered for extra strength and high weight capacity. Common applications include automotive, heavy-duty carts and dollies and aircraft assembly equipment.

Darcor - Cartwashable™ Casters

Darcor Hospital Bed Casters
Designed with a cam action locking mechanism, Darcor hospital bed casters locks operate with the touch of a toe. The lever engages and disengages easily. The lever design keeps it within the swivel radius of the caster, eliminating any intereference.
The caster assembly is standard with nickel chrome finish, and equipped with non-marking Super Roll neoprene wheel complete with ball bearings.
