Darnell-Rose sturdy light-duty casters for industrial furniture and equipment used frequently under demanding conditions and heavier loads. Finished in bright zinc. Parts are heat treated.

Suitable for tool chests, laundry carts, metal shop equipment, disk storage devices, utility tables, audio/visual stands, cafeteria tables and food serving carts. Operates best when used manually on smoother floors.

Darnell Rose Dual-Wheel Industrial Casters

Load capacity 200 - 400 lbs

Strong dual-wheel caster for applications where heavy load capacity, low overall height, and floor protection is required. Dual wheels have two wheels, each rotating independently for easy swiveling under heavy loads.

Darnell Rose Series 80 - Medium-Heavy Duty Industrial Casters

Load capacity 350- 1,000 lbs

The smooth, quiet swivel race allows use not only for industrial applications, but with proper wheel and tread selection, can be used for hospital and institutional service as well. Standard finish is zinc plating. All wearing parts are heat treated. Brakes available on the 80 series include: Combination swivel, Hub Brake, wheel brake, and Four position swivel lock and wheel brake.

Ideal for platform trucks, luggage carts, computer frames, storage containers, manual lift trucks and mobile cabinets.

Darnell Rose Carpetmaster Series Casters

Load Capacity: 110 - 165 lbs

Darnell-Rose caster best suited for office chairs and hospital I.V. stands. The silent donut-style wheel is compounded with a highly resilient, extra-soft neoprene rubber which enables this caster to swivel and roll evenly on pile carpet, eliminating the need for floor mats under office chairs. Ball bearing wheels and standard thread guards eliminate snags and prevent dragging.

Satisfies applications including executive high-back office chairs, conference room chairs, ergonomic work stations, static sensitive environments, high-end dinettes, and hospital IV stands.

Darnell Rose Series 50 - Stainless Steel Casters

Designed for the ultimate corrosion protection. Ideally suited for acetic, nitric and citric acid environments in addition to being suited for organic and inorganic chemicals, dye stuffs, crude and refined oil environments.

Applications include: dairy, food-processing, hospitals and medical, beverage, pharmaceuticals and animal cages.

Darnell Rose Series 20 - Heavy Duty lndustrial Casters

Load Capacity: 350 - 1,000 lbs

Series 20 heavy duty Darnell-Rose casters feature a 3/8" top plate, thick welded yoke and a double ball bearing swivel raceway. A neoprene seal and metal dust cap are used to prevent foreign matter from obstructing the swivel raceway. Pressure lubrication fittings are provided in the swivel fork and the wheel axle bolt.

Series 20 casters are ideal for heavy machinery, die setting tables, computer mainframes, air cargo dollies, cranes and gantries, and electric pallet lifts.

Darnell Rose Series D600 - Heavy Duty Industrial

Load Capacity: 550- 1,500 lbs

The Darnell-Rose caster in Series D 600 has a super strong construction utilizing a formed steel yoke and large raceway to provide greater load capacity. 2 1/2" wide wheels with lube fittings offer superior floor protection and easy rolling over uneven and cracked floors.

This zinc plated caster is suitable for factory trucks, textile trucks, laundry carts, stabilizing jacks, and storage containers.

Darnell Rose Series CRII-2.5 Light Duty Shock Absorbing Casters

Darnell-Rose caster CRII-2.5 utilizes a high profile for equipment requiring less offset and greater non-linear vertical deflection. Designed for delicate electronic equipment such as mainframe computers and peripherals where shock absorption and vibration dampening are critical to internal components. 2 1/2" diameter wheel made of hard rubber or soft Neoprene.

Darnell Rose Series CRII-3 Light Duty Shock Absorbing Casters

Darnell's CR-II-3 is a shock absorbing Caster specifically designed for laboratory and office equipment which must be protected from shock and vibration. This unique design gives vertical wheel deflection in response to a light load, but also provides protection against heavier shock loads. If a unit is dropped or subjected to a sudden load, the Caster will provide smooth shock absorption and will not suddenly "hit bottom" or abruptly come to the limit of its spring system.
