FEATURES & BENEFITS
This series has for many years been widely used in hospitals, institutions, cafeterias, laboratories, etc. The special zinc plated finish has a good appearance on chrome and stainless steel trolleys, and has good rust resistance in normal use (for corrosive conditions see also "Stainless Steel Castors" and "Chemical Resistance Chart"). The fork revolves between two complete rows of balls for maximum ease of swivel.The most commonly used fitting in this series is the expanding stem. For normal use this consists of nylon mouldings which are tightly locked on the inside of a tube by simply screwing up the stem by its nut. Other mountings available are Bolt Hole, Plate or Solid Stem. Total Brake or Directional Lock can be fitted.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
This caster is designed to give the best cost reliable design for average use up to 220 lb. Two complete rows of balls give a very free running caster for low speed use. A bright zinc protective coating is used. The D series is the ideal solution for all the light industrial uses which do not justify the expense of a stronger castor. However, as this is the entry point for industrial specifications, please consider all the conditions of use carefully. The "barreling" of the fork gives it more impact resistance than the "M" fork, but for heavier use see our "J", "O", or "H" series.

Fallshaw OL Series Light Industrial Casters

These casters are more rugged than the D series (thicker material and bigger raceways) and so can be used where the carts will get heavier treatment. They can take more impact loads on rough ground, gutters, etc.

Main raceways of cold formed steel plate. Two full rows of balls are used and a rugged kingpin. The legs are deeply formed for extra strength. Grease Nipples - specified at time of order, grease nipples can be fitted to the caster main raceway and/or the wheel hub. Zinc plated.
